DESCRIPTION:SHERIDAN MEMORIAL 5K SUPER HERO FUN RUN....\n\nA time to gather as a community and promote healthy lifestyles and healthy choices.  \n\nCome dressed up as a Super Hero .. or as yourself! Just be prepared for the weather   rain or shine we'll be out there!\n\n\n\nDeadline for registration is Friday\, March 17th. \n\nIf you or someone you know would like to attend\, please fill out a registration form found at www.SheridanMemorial.net or at SMHA Admission's Office and deliver to the Foundation office with a check made out to SHCF.  \n\nRegistration cost is $15.00   gets you a fun run t-shirt and a chance to win prizes once you finish the 5K.  \n\nPrizes include: \n\n	Sherwood Pool Family Swim Pass\n	Medicine Lake Pool Family Swim Pass\n	TWO - $60.00 Plains Adventure 10 Session Punch Card or if  a member $60 toward your membership \n	Camelbak Jogging Gear\n	Smart Sport Earphones and Jogging Belt\n	5 piece Thermo Lunch Kit\n	Digital Body Fat Scale\n	Oster My Blend Smoothie Maker\n	Fitness Ball Exercise Set with Family Yoga Video\n	Under Armour Gym Bag\n\n All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Registration at 8:30 AM\, 5K start at 9:00   typically done by 10:30.\n\nFruit and muffin provided at finish line with prize slip.  \n\n2 water stations on route.  Route map provided at registration if desired.
